Keepilo is operated by a natural person, not a registered company. There is therefore no commercial register entry and no authorised representative to name. VAT is not shown separately under the small business rule, section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).

We deliberately give no telephone number. Section 5 (1) no. 2 DDG requires details that allow fast electronic contact and direct communication, expressly including an email address; a telephone number is not mandatory as long as enquiries are answered promptly through the stated channel. We answer emails within one working day.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
The app itself is sold through the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store. Those stores are the sellers; complaints about a purchase, refunds and invoices are handled by them.
